Beetroot Salad

Preparation

  1. Base: Peel the cooked beetroot and grate it or cut it into small cubes. Grate or cube the apple (skin can stay on!).
  2. Dressing: In a bowl, mix the Vegajó natural Vegagurt with salt, pepper, and garlic granules.
  3. Assembly: Add the beetroot and apple to the dressing and toss thoroughly.
  4. Resting: Adjust seasoning if needed and let it rest for 10–15 minutes for the flavors to meld.

Serving Tip

Sprinkle with fresh mint for a refreshing finish. Excellent as a side dish or a light dinner
