Chicken Breast Greek Salad

Preparation

  1. Chicken: Clean the chicken breast, season with salt, pepper, and spices. Fry in a pan with a little oil until golden brown, let cool slightly, then cut into strips or bite-sized pieces.
  2. Vegetables: Slice or dice the cucumber, halve the cherry tomatoes, and thinly slice the red onion.
  3. Assembly: Mix the vegetables in a bowl and add the fried chicken.
  4. Seasoning: Drizzle with olive oil and gently toss.
  5. Finishing touch: Crumble or spoon the Vegajó Greek Style (feta alternative) on top.

Serving Tip:

Serve fresh, optionally with a slice of toasted whole-grain bread and extra oregano or lemon juice.
