Preparation

Cook the broccoli and cauliflower, then drain well, season with salt, and break them into small florets. On a baking tray lined with parchment paper, layer the florets closely together, alternating them to form a rectangular shape. Grate the Plain and distribute it evenly over the vegetable bed. Bake at 200°C for 30 minutes.

Allow it to cool completely so the cheese can firm up before cutting. To get a simple pizza shape: first cut the rectangle in half lengthwise, then cut the halves into zigzag triangles (pizza slices). Mix the Vegan crema with the mayonnaise, ketchup, and spices, and serve alongside the pizza snacks.
