Preparation

Prepare the pizza base or use a whole grain tortilla wrap as a quick alternative.

Mix the Vegan crema with salt and garlic, then spread it onto the pizza or tortilla base. Add your toppings—ham and corn—and finish with a generous layer of finely grated Vegajó Mozzamio.

Bake in the AirFryer using the roast/toast function at 180°C for 10-15 minutes until crispy and the cheese has melted.
