Easter Horseradish Cream Baskets
Preparation
Cut circles out of the puff pastry sheets using a round cookie cutter.
Place the pastry circles into the holes of a muffin tin, shaping them into baskets. Bake at 200°C for 8 minutes until golden and crisp.
In the meantime, mix the cream ingredients together. Once the baskets have cooled, fill them with the horseradish cream.
Serve with fresh vegetables.
