Pistachio Vegajó Dessert Roll
Preparation
- Preparing the cottage: Mix the 200 g cottage cheese with vanilla sweetener to taste. Divide it into 4 equal portions.
- Shaping: Form a cylinder out of each portion. Use a glass straw: press it into the center of the cottage mass, let it rest in the freezer for 20 minutes, then pull the straw out – this creates a small hole in the center for the filling.
- Pistachio filling: Mix the 100% pistachio cream with the Vegajó Vegan crema and a little sweetener until you get a smooth, spreadable cream.
- Filling: Transfer the pistachio cream into a piping bag and carefully squeeze it into the center of the cottage cylinders.
- Dipping: Melt the sugar-free dark chocolate. Dip the ends of the filled cottage rolls into the chocolate, then let them set in the refrigerator or a cool place.
Tip: Before serving, sprinkle with chopped pistachios or grate a little dark chocolate over them for a beautiful finish.
