Reform Mini Lángos in Airfryer

Preparation

  1. Preparing the dry ingredients: Measure the Reform fiber mix, salt, and baking powder, then mix them together in a bowl.
  2. Wet ingredients: In another bowl, mix the eggs with the lukewarm Vegajó Vegan crema, then pour this into the dry mixture. Combine until you get a soft, pleasant dough.
  3. Resting: Let the dough rest at room temperature for 10 minutes.
  4. Shaping: Knead the dough on a surface dusted with bamboo fiber flour. Roll it out and cut it using a roughly 10 cm cutter. Shape them into traditional lángos rounds.
  5. Baking in the airfryer: Place the lángos rounds into an airfryer basket lined with parchment paper. First stage: bake at 170°C for 10 minutes. Then, remove the parchment paper, lightly brush the edges of the lángos with coconut oil, and bake for another 10 minutes.
  6. Serving: Once the fresh lángos are no longer piping hot, spread them with garlic-infused Vegan crema, sprinkle with grated Plain, and serve!
