Vegajó Chicken Breast “Lecsó” Style

Preparation

  1. Dice the onion and sauté it in a little fat until golden.
  2. Add the sliced peppers, then the diced tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper, and cook the lecsó until tender.
  3. Meanwhile, season the chicken breast slices with salt and pepper, then cook them in an airfryer.
  4. Spread the Vegajó Vegan crema over the chicken breasts, place them back into the airfryer, and melt the Vegajó Plain on top.
  5. Serve with low-carb "tarhonya" (egg barley pasta).
