Seed Crackers
Preparation
Grate the Plain cheese and add it to the flour along with the seeds and spices.
Then, mix in the Vegan crema and work it thoroughly into a dough.
Place the resulting mass between two sheets of parchment paper and flatten it out evenly.
Cook in a waffle maker or a double-sided contact grill for 4–5 minutes until done.
Mix the ingredients for the dipping sauce, then slice the crackers as desired and serve.
