Pear Crackers

Preparation

Mix the Vegan crema with salt, pepper, nutmeg, and beetroot powder, then set it aside. Grate the Plain.

Place portions of the grated Plain in a heated, non-stick pan, forming small circles. As it starts to melt, place a pear slice on top of each. Once the Plain begins to firm up, gently press it against the sides of the pear so that it wraps around it. Let the bottom brown nicely, then flip them over.

Once finished, sprinkle with sliced almonds and black sesame seeds. Serve with the beetroot cream.
