Vegajó Orange Cake
Preparation
- Mix the dry and wet ingredients in separate bowls.
- Pour the two mixtures together and work until smooth and lump-free.
- Smooth the batter into a 20 × 20 cm baking pan lined with parchment paper.
- Place it in the preheated oven.
Baking
- 180 °C, top and bottom heat
- 42–45 minutes
Optional: melted chocolate or erythritol powder
